The closest airport to Kumbhalgarh is Udaipur Airport (UDR) — Maharana Pratap Airport. It's roughly 90 minutes from The Kumbha Bagh Palace.

Because Udaipur has fewer direct international flights, most guests from the US will likely fly into Delhi (DEL) or Mumbai (BOM) first, then take a connecting domestic flight to Udaipur.

Several airlines operate direct or one-stop routes from major international cities to Delhi:

• Air India — direct flights from major cities to Delhi
• United Airlines — code-shares with Air India on many Indian routes
• Air France / KLM / Lufthansa / British Airways / Emirates — direct flights from major European or Middle Eastern hubs

Depending on where you are, plan for a long travel day (or two):

• New York → Delhi: ~14–16 hrs direct, longer with a layover
• Chicago → Delhi: ~15–17 hrs direct
• Los Angeles → Delhi: ~17–20 hrs total with a connection
• London → Delhi: ~7–10 hrs direct

Once you land in Delhi, add another ~1.5 hr domestic flight to Udaipur and a ~90 min drive to Kumbhalgarh.

• Filtered water served at reputable hotels — Kumbha Bagh will provide safe drinking water
